Yes, we’re all excited! FIRST released rudimentary descriptions of this year’s Kit of Parts, which included mention of two new items listed only as:
NEW omni wheel and
new game sensor
We’re curious as to what the new game sensor might be (and would have appreciated a more specific identification if only in the interest of consumer information) , but are very excited about the possibilities presented by an omni wheel. Might it look like this:
Lego Mindstorms NXT holonomic wheel or omniwheel
or this:
