Opening the New Kit Just Like Christmas in September!
Team Duct Tape met with new team members today for a Grand Opening of the new FTC kit. Besides having a great time with all the giant bubble wrap, everyone enjoyed getting a look at the new omniwheel set and the new and improved parts (nice job on the motor connector, Pitsco!).
We really enjoyed meeting Denn, Lee, Logan and Ethan today, and look forward to spending some time with Kendall, who couldn’t make it today, at our upcoming USF Robotics Lab field trip this coming week.
Each of our new students brings great gifts to Team Duct Tape, and we’re excited

about getting to know each other better in the next couple of weeks. Potential new members are asked to attend three meetings before committing to Team Duct Tape, to make sure they know what they’re getting into! But they all seem to feel they’re getting into something good, and we have to agree with them.
