At our last meeting, mentor Steve Willingham went over “Building Tips for a Reliable Robot”, which we’re sharing here.   This was the first of several Quality Assurance sessions we’re employing this season,  to help team members design and build with greater intentionality and better reliability.

The results so far look promising. Team members are building more carefully and with an eye to the bigger competition picture regarding robot requirements and efficient maintenance during the season.

Besides being great fun,  Get Over It! offers some great build challenges and terrific opportunities for some solid engineering education.
